ERIC MANENKOFF

Eric has over 14 years of operations experience and joined Siddhi in 2020 as Director of Operations. Over the last 4 years at Siddhi his focus and area of expertise has been in commercialization and brand launches, with a focus on meat alternatives and plant-based products. He also has extensive experience in operational tools and software, COGS modeling, and deep financial competence. Prior to Siddhi, he was most recently the Director of Operations at Peanut Butter & Co., where he served as a member of the company’s leadership team. During his tenure, he managed the company’s inventory, production planning, and supply chain, as well as developed and executed company-wide strategies. Eric led the implementation team as the company upgraded their ERP and EDI systems. He is also experienced in the execution of various process improvements, cost savings initiatives, 3PL and co-manufacturing management, new product development, EDI process flow, and data analytics.
